Major services
Bridal and other major services are booked ahead by call or WhatsApp, and an advance is required to hold the date.
Regular services
No advance is needed for regular salon services.
Walk-in availability to be added.
Changing your appointment
Rescheduling is allowed if informed at least 3 hours in advance. Refunds are available before the service or before trials. Once the bridal makeup service is completed, refunds are not possible. This policy helps us maintain quality service for all our clients.
